Hirschfelden - Beautiful map, first off. However, the foliage density, especially at most drink zones, make this quite a difficult map to hunt. Lots of little hills and dense bushes coupled with the fact that most animals are small enough to be hidden here makes this difficult to hunt most times.İts better to hunt in Red F.F. But Whiteheart is good too. Whitehart is a lot more dense though not the best place for the new hunter and sometimes even the old IMO. Redfeather falls southern portion is probably the easiest. South east of Loggers Point works as well, but they end up all over the map.

For example, the 7mm is pretty much the rifle to bring to the new DLC reserve Silver Ridge Peaks because out of the 9 animals you can hunt there, the turkey is the only one you need a different weapon for. The class range of the 7mm encompasses every other animal at the reserve, from 4-9. So that rifle is awesome for Silver Ridge Peaks.

I went back to Hirschfelden after playing other maps for a while and i realized that almost all Reddeer in Bohndorf and the north of Jonsdorf on my map are gone.All 3 lakes and the surroundings are almost Deeerfree now.Untill the Truroe-patch i at least had Reddeer on the north of the 3 Lakes.Now all 3 Lakes are empty.

Ideally the zones with most stags. Set up tents at least 225-250 yds away from the zone and a tripod about 200 yds away. Even if they are in the woods you can call them out from 200 yds.
