The Uchigatana is very light and has low requirements, buffed you can defend yourself in melee pretty well without having to put many points in dex/strength. Blacksteel katana, chaos blade, Richard rapier, fume sword, key of embedded, flamberge, puzzle stone sword, spider fang, hunters black bow, mithas dagger are pure dex weapons, get min str to use it. All of these are mid-top tier, PvP and PvE both. Partisan is an underrated monster.
